Effective January 01, 2009 - Stephens, McCarthy, Lancaster, LLC is appointed the manufacturers representative for Inertia/Works and Inertia/REPL in the Pacific Northwest.

Inertia/Works Established in 1995, Inertia Engineering engineers and manufactures switches and switch automation products. Collectively, Inertia staffing have over 150 years of high voltage switchgear engineering and manufacturing experience. Inertia is a supplier of high quality equipment to the Electrical Utility and Industrial markets.

Inertia/REPL Established in 1995, Inertia Engineering and Machine Works, Inc. manufactures medium voltage
switchgear, automation products and specialized equipment and components for the electrical
industry. INERTIA_REPL is a joint venture between INERTIA Engineering and REPL, a manufacturer of heat-shrinkable power cable accessories for over twenty-five years.

Stephens, McCarthy, Lancaster LLC is a Manufacturers Representative with headquarters in Petaluma, California. SML specializes in representing manufacturers who make products and solutions for the electrical utility industry.  SML has been in business since 1995 and they cover a large portion of the western United States; Northern CA, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.  SML has a sales force strategically located in areas that provides excellent coverage to electric utilities.
