Wednesday, May 03, 2000 -- HD Electric Company announced recently that it was appointing Stephens, McCarthy, Lancaster, LLC (SML, LLC) as their representative system wide effective May 01, 2000. The territorial responsibility for SML, LLC includes the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Northern California, Northern Nevada, Utah, and Washington.
